Multi- Faceted Salad

Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg heart of palm (ubod) cut in fine strips or cubed
- 1/ 4 cup celery, sliced fine
- 3 tbsp spring onion (white part)
- 4 small pieces of cucumber
- 1 cup dried singkamas or waterchestnuts (diced)
- 1 cup drained pineapple tidbits


Procedure:
- Mix all ingredients together, adding any prepared mayonnaise dressing.
- Add salt and pepper for seasonings.
